Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or your location.

Local pickup and meet-up options may be available for customers located in Michigan or surrounding areas. If local delivery or pickup is available for your order, additional details will be provided after checkout or through direct communication.

Return & Refund Policy
Due to the hygienic and handmade nature of our skincare and personal care products, all sales are final.
However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and help resolve the situation.
